Terms & Conditions
All services are payable in full upon booking.
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars and include HST.
- Reservations may be made via phone, fax, email, or online (when our new system is set-up). All bookings require VISA or MasterCard payment to secure bookings.
- Receipt of a confirmation number is a confirmed booking.
- We require a minimum booking of two to run our Kelowna shuttle. All bookings must be made 48hrs in advance, if no bookings are made the shuttle will not run.
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- We reserve the right to levy a fuel surcharge subject to fuel price increases.
- Revelstoke Connection’s Cancellation Policy is as follows: 49 hours + prior to departure = 100% refundable minus $10 cancellation fee per person; 0-48 hours prior to departure = 0% refundable.
- Revelstoke Connection will not be responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather or other conditions beyond the carrier’s control.
- Be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time.
- Departures from the airport are prompt at the scheduled times listed due to airport policy.
- Drivers are unable to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.
- Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on, anything above and beyond is $10/bag. All skis, snowboards and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bikes must be in boxes). Please inform us of any over-sized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments) when booking.
- Travellers without reservations will be accommodated on a stand-by basis, subject to seat availability. Payment can be made with cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard at the shuttle.
- Return trips must be booked at the same, pricing is not applicable if booked separately.
- Pets are not permitted with the exception of service dogs which require confirmation before pickup.
